REFRACTORY DEPOT offers a wide variety of Boards and Blocks made with RCF and mineral wool materials for maximizing the insulating values of furnace wall systems. Board and blocks are available in standard 24" x 36" or 24" x 48" sheets with thicknesses from 1" to 2".
RCF Folded Modules are available in standard 12" x 12" sizes and up to 24" x 24" formats, thicknesses from 4" to 12", and for continuous operating temperatures of 2400 and 2600 degrees fahrenheit. The modules are built with internal stainless steel hardware for easy attachment, and are available with the appropriate welding devices to make attachment installation easy.
